By accessing or using SoruvaGuard (the "Service"), provided by SoruvaLab ("we," "us," or "our"), a registered sole proprietorship based in Japan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

This Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 16 years of age or older.

1. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SoruvaGuard API and interface for lawful purposes only. You agree not to abuse the API, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the Service for any malicious or reverse-engineering purposes.

2. Service Availability and Updates

While we strive for high availability and reliability, the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

SoruvaGuard is AI runtime infrastructure designed to mediate autonomous AI execution and preserve tamper-evident evidence of every decision. Please read this section carefully.

No Guarantee: AI threat landscapes evolve rapidly. We do not guarantee 100% detection accuracy or that the Service will block every single malicious attempt.
No Medical or Financial Advice: SoruvaGuard is not intended to provide medical, financial, or investment advice. You should not rely on the Service for professional medical diagnoses or investment recommendations.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoruvaLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or system breaches arising out of your use of the Service. You are ultimately responsible for your own AI system's behavior.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, through the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
