Terms of Service

By accessing or using SoruvaGuard (the "Service"), provided by SORUVALAB ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SoruvaGuard API and interface in accordance with your selected subscription plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise). You agree not to abuse the API, attempt to bypass our rate limits, or use the Service for any malicious reverse-engineering.

2. Service Availability and Updates

While we strive for explosive UX speed and high uptime, the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

SoruvaGuard is an AI security guardrail layer designed to detect and mitigate risks such as prompt injections, hallucinations, and risky content. Please read this section carefully.

No Guarantee: AI threat landscapes evolve rapidly. We do not guarantee 100% detection accuracy or that the Service will block every single malicious attempt.
No Medical or Financial Advice: SoruvaGuard is not intended to provide medical, financial, or investment advice. You should not rely on the Service for professional medical diagnoses or investment recommendations.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SORUVALAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or system breaches arising out of your use of the Service. You are ultimately responsible for your own AI system's behavior.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
