1. Zero Data Retention & No AI Training

• No AI Training: We strictly DO NOT use any text, prompts, outputs, or logs submitted to our API or validation playground to train, retrain, or improve our AI models or any third-party models.
• Zero Retention for Validation: Text submitted for real-time validation is processed in-memory and immediately discarded after the trust score is generated, unless you explicitly enable compliance logging in your Enterprise dashboard.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum necessary data required to provide and secure our services:

• Account Information: Email address and billing details when you sign up for our Pro or Enterprise plans (processed securely via Stripe).
• API Usage Metrics: Timestamp, request volume, and latency for billing and rate-limiting purposes.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
