This Service is not intended for users under the age of 16.

1. Zero Data Retention & No AI Training

• No AI Training: We strictly DO NOT use any text, prompts, outputs, or logs submitted to our API to train, retrain, or improve our AI models or any third-party models.
• Zero Retention for Validation: Text submitted for verification is processed in-memory and immediately discarded after the risk score is generated.
• Operational Metrics: Operational metrics may be retained for a limited period as necessary for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

2. Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum necessary data required to provide and secure our services:

• Contact Information: Email address if you reach out to us directly.
• API Usage Metrics: Technical information such as timestamps, request volume, latency, IP addresses, and diagnostic logs may be collected and processed as necessary to operate, monitor, maintain, and secure the Service.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure

We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers to host and operate the Service. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, and system diagnostics solely for the purpose of delivering, maintaining, and securing the Service.
